Ways to Order

There are two ways to order products; you can either phone us on the above number and speak to a member of our sales team, or e-mail them directly at sales@easy-cut.co.uk. If you are a wholesale customer, you can also email us.

 

Ways to Pay

We offer four methods of payment; bank transfer, cheque, cash or credit/debit card. 

Bank Transfer – you can pay us directly into our bank account. Please contact us for the details.

Cheque – cheques should be made out to ‘Easycut Ltd.’ and sent to the above address. Please write the proforma/invoice number on the back of the cheque as we may not be able to process your order without it.

Cash – if we have sent you a proforma/invoice you can call in at the shop to pay by cash using the above address. Never send cash in the post, we only accept cash in person.

Credit/Debit Card – we have the facility to take card payments in the shop or over the phone. We accept all major credit and debit cards including MasterCard/Maestro and Visa/Electron. There is a +2% charge for the use of a credit-card, debit-cards do not carry any additional charges.

We are a VAT (Value Added Tax) registered company and you will be charged the standard VAT rate on any order you place with us. If you or your business resides within an EU country, you will only be exempt from paying VAT if you can provide us with your VAT number. If you or your business resides outside the EU you will automatically be exempt from VAT.

Delivery

Orders are sent with our courier. We cannot always guarantee next-day delivery. Generally, deliveries to UK mainland addresses are estimated to be received within two to three working days. Delivery to addresses in Ireland takes four to five working days. Saturday delivery is not available.

International – delivery to addresses abroad is available with our courier. Prices are available upon request. We can also send orders abroad if you have an account with a courier, please give us your account details when placing the order.

Returns

Before you buy, ensure you purchase the right product. Products can be returned providing the product is still in its original packaging. You will be refunded however a 25% restocking fee will be taken off the refundable amount.

If a product you receive is damaged or unusable before you use it, you have the right to return it to us for a full refund. Package the defected product and return it to us at the above address, once received we will either refund the full amount or offer a replacement.
